QFXtoQBO is an independent file conversion utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Intuit, QuickBooks or Quicken. Product names belong to their respective owners.

Use and scope

Use the tool only with files you are authorized to process. The current service is free and supports the formats described on the compatibility page. Do not use the service to disrupt systems or misrepresent a financial institution.

Verify before relying on output

You are responsible for checking source data, destination account, amount signs, balances and imported results. Keep backups. The tool is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. It does not categorize or reconcile transactions on your behalf.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that every bank file or QuickBooks version will accept its output. Automated file tests do not establish compatibility with every destination. We may correct errors, change supported limits or discontinue features. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
