QFXtoQBO is an independent file converter, not affiliated with or certified by Intuit, QuickBooks or Quicken.

Service and responsibility

Use only files you are authorized to process. Check the supported formats and compatibility limits. Verify accounts, dates, amount signs, balances and imported results, and keep backups. The tool does not provide accounting, financial, tax or legal advice or reconcile accounts.

Free use

Guest includes 5 QBO exports per UTC calendar month in one browser. A Free account includes 20 exports per UTC calendar month across both converters. Free account and Guest allowances are separate and do not add together after sign-in. Unused free exports do not roll over. All plans include complete supported QBO files, CSV mapping, validation and local summaries.

Pro 30-day pass

Pro costs $9 USD once for 500 exports over 30 days from purchase, with tax shown before payment where applicable. There is no automatic renewal. Access belongs to the signed-in account used to start checkout. Use the same sign-in provider to return to that account. Do not share or resell access.

Pro covers one user and authorized client bookkeeping. The same 2 MB / 10,000-transaction per-file limit applies to all plans. Pro does not include batch jobs, PDF/OCR, investment accounts, bank synchronization, categorization, reconciliation or guaranteed acceptance by every QuickBooks edition. The website shows whether checkout is currently available; a price listing alone does not mean a purchase has been made.

Validation failures do not consume exports. Re-downloading an unchanged conversion in the same open tab reuses its export receipt; changing the file or settings starts a new conversion. After a pass expires or reaches its allowance, remaining monthly Free account exports are available. You cannot buy overlapping passes through the website.

Refunds and disputes

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the refund policy. Refunded passes end. A payment dispute suspends the corresponding pass while it is resolved. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not disrupt the service, evade service limits through automated account creation, resell access, or misrepresent a financial institution. Conversion occurs on your device and depends on supported browser features. The service is offered as available; no universal bank or QuickBooks acceptance is promised. Changes to future pricing will not reduce the allowance or duration of an existing purchased pass.
