Let’s get your file unstuck.
A clear error report is often enough to find the problem. Start with what happened, without sending your bank statement.
Email support@qfxtoqbo.comWhat to include
- Whether you used QFX to QBO or CSV to QBO.
- The error message and the step where it appeared.
- Your browser and QuickBooks edition/version, if relevant.
- For CSV: column names, date order and whether amounts use one or two columns.
Keep private details private
Do not email passwords, banking credentials, full account numbers or unredacted financial files. If an example is needed, replace names, amounts, identifiers and account details with synthetic values first. Support email is not the same as local conversion: anything you email is transmitted to our support inbox.
Common fixes
CSV row error: check the selected delimiter and quoted commas, then verify the date order. Invalid institution: use the current details from a working bank-issued QBO file. Unsupported account: export a single posted USD bank or credit card account.
