Try a complete free export in your QuickBooks setup before buying Pro.

7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a Pro 30-day pass. You do not need to prove a defect. If your bank or QuickBooks edition does not accept the output, stop importing and contact us within that window.

Request a refund

Email support@qfxtoqbo.com from the purchase email address with your order reference. Tell us you want a refund. Do not send statements, passwords, card numbers or secret keys.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds return through Creem to the original payment method; the provider and your bank control when the credit appears. Refunded Pro access ends, and your account can still use its remaining free allowance.

No automatic renewal

The $9 USD pass is a one-time purchase for 500 exports within 30 days from purchase. It is not a recurring subscription. Tax, if applicable, appears at checkout. Unused exports expire when the pass ends.

Payment errors and statutory rights

Contact us about duplicate charges or access that was not delivered, including after the 7-day window. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Test payments do not charge real money or create a live paid entitlement.
