Paid access has not launched. The converter and exports are currently free, and there is no purchase to make on this website.

Planned 7-day refund policy

When the 30-day Export Pass goes on sale, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You do not need to prove a software defect. If your QuickBooks edition or bank cannot accept the output, stop importing and contact us within that window.

How to request a refund

Email support@qfxtoqbo.com from the purchase email address and include your order reference. Tell us you would like a refund. Please do not send bank statements, card numbers, passwords or license keys.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be returned through the payment provider to the original payment method; the bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Refunded access will end.

No automatic renewal

The planned $9 USD pass is a one-time purchase for 30 days of export access from purchase. It does not renew automatically. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Applicable tax will be displayed before you pay.

After the refund window

Contact us about duplicate charges, payment errors or a product that was not delivered. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply and are not limited by this policy.
