For single-account, posted USD checking, savings and credit card transactions. A pass will cover one user’s own or authorized client bookkeeping work. Use your actual bank’s institution details.

PDF extraction, investment accounts, multi-file batch jobs, bank connections and automatic reconciliation are not included. QuickBooks Online may already accept your original CSV or QFX file without conversion.

End-to-end QuickBooks import validation is still in progress. Correct file structure alone cannot guarantee acceptance by your bank or QuickBooks edition.

A few practical details.

What can I use today?

Both converters, file previews, validation, QBO exports and conversion summaries are currently free during early access. You do not need an account, card or license key. The paid pass has not launched.

What will happen after purchase?

The planned flow is a Creem checkout followed by a license key. You will activate it on this website to enable exports for 30 days from purchase. Payment verification and delivery will be tested before purchases are opened.

Will I be charged again after 30 days?

No. The planned pass is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. When it expires, preview remains free. Buy another pass only when you need more exports.

Can I use it for client bookkeeping?

Yes, the planned pass covers one person processing files they are authorized to use, including client accounts. Each file must contain a single supported account. Do not share or resell the license key.

What if QuickBooks will not import the file?

Check the supported edition and your bank identifiers first. Once paid access launches, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@qfxtoqbo.com with the error and your order reference; do not send an unredacted statement.
